Hi! I’m Debra Macki, a global celebrity makeup artist with over 30 years of experience working on red carpets, editorials, and teaching artists around the world. I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ve always believed makeup is more than technique—it’s a language of self-expression, connection, and transformation. I bring my decades of industry knowledge and firsthand experience—from working with A-list celebrities and creative projects around the globe—to every retreat. Artists of all levels. The mix of experience makes every discussion richer. Invitation or referral required (don’t have one? Email for an interview). Hairstylists are welcome too—pair up with a makeup artist.
